How ESNOC Uses Your Personal Information

This policy covers how Epilepsy Support Network of Orange County treats personal information that ESNOC collects and receives, including information related to your past use of ESNOC services. Personal information is information about you that is personally identifiable like your name, address, email address, or phone number, and that is not otherwise publicly available. Your name and personal information is NOT collected unless you specifically provide it.

Epilepsy Support Network does not send bulk e-mail messages, or ‘Spam’. We only communicate with our members, professionals, and advocacy groups that have an interest in becoming a member in our network. We will, on occassion, send all of our members a group e-mail when special events, offers, or important issues arise.

If you believe you have received bulk e-mail from us, or have received a suspicious e-mail that appears to be fraudulent, please contact us so that we can investigate the matter. All e-mail messages received from our clients and business partners are kept completely confidential and are never shared with parties outside of Epilepsy Support Network of Orange County without your express permission unless required by law enforcement.
